How it all works
Anthony’s Bail Bonds’ process of getting your friend or loved one out of jail is quite simple.
 First, you need to contact our office. You can do this one of two ways: call us at (702) 384-2130 or to expedite the process, complete the information sheet by clicking “Getting Started." This option is also available on our home page, under the "Getting Started" section.
 Second, Once we have the basic information, we immediately verify charge(s) and bail amount(s) with the appropriate jail. We will call you to quote you the fee and ask you to come to our office to sign for the defendant by completing the bail application. If you are out of state, other arrangements can be made for completing the bail application.
 Third, After we collect our fees and the bail is posted, the defendant must come to our office (typically within 48 hours of his release) to complete his portion of the application. While the case is open, the defendant must make all court appearances. By signing for the defendant, you should also help ensure that the defendant makes all court appearances. Once the case is closed or the bond is exonerated, you and the defendant have fulfilled all of your responsibilities to our office. |
