Our services provide fast bail for someone who needs to bail out of jail quickly.
We like to make things easy for you, so we have broken the bail process down into three simple steps:
- Contact us! When you or a loved one have gotten arrested and need a bail bondsman, give us a call at (702) 246-2411. We will be happy to hear from you! We request that you come prepared with the name of the defendant, the jail in which they are located, the amount of their bail and the date they were arrested. We will assist you in finding this information if you can’t gather it yourself.
- Once we have gathered all the basic information listed above, we will contact the jail immediately and verify the amount of bail and charge(s). Afterwards we will call you with a quote for the bail, and will ask you to come into our office to sign on behalf of the defendant. If you are not able to make the trip to the office, we offer alternative methods to complete the bail application.
- After the fees are collected and the bail is posted, we ask that the defendant come into our office to complete their section of the bail application. Typically we ask that the defendant shows within 48 hrs. of their release. During the entire time the case is open, the defendant must attend all court hearings. Once the case is closed, the defendant and the other person involved have fulfilled their duties with our bail bonds company.
